If you would like to set-up an account with Printing Partners, please download the Printing Partners Account Application, and fill it out in its entirety. The application is available below as an Acobat PDF. Fill out all applicable fields and then Fax or mail the signed application to us. This PDF can be filled-out electronically using Adobe Acrobat. All clients are required by Printing Partners, Inc. to provide a signed Indiana General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate Form ST-105 prior to job completion. As a courtesy a PDF of the Indiana General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is available below. Please fill out all applicable fields and then Fax or mail the signed Form ST-105to us.
